goodoffer.co.za is operated by Numstack (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (numstack.co.za). In these terms "goodoffer", "we" and "us" mean Numstack (Pty) Ltd. By using the site you agree to these terms. Anything you need to send us goes to hello@goodoffer.co.za.

goodoffer lets you share a dealership quote anonymously so that dealers and their finance partners can make you a competing offer. We pass those offers to you and, if you accept one, introduce you to that dealer. We are not a motor dealer, a credit provider, a finance broker or a financial adviser. We do not sell cars, arrange finance, or give financial advice.

Sharing a quote, seeing offers and choosing one costs you nothing. We do not charge buyers and we do not take a commission from the sale, the finance, or any extras.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a vehicle purchase in South Africa. Dealers must be lawfully trading motor dealers and are admitted by application.

Offers are made by dealers, not by us, and a dealer may withdraw or change an offer before you accept it. Monthly amounts and savings shown on goodoffer are estimates based on the figures you and the dealer give us and on standard National Credit Act fees. The bank’s final figures may differ. Always check the dealer’s written offer and the bank’s agreement before you sign anything.

Any purchase, finance agreement, delivery, warranty or trade-in is between you and the dealer and, where relevant, the bank. We are not a party to it. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the National Credit Act apply to those agreements and are not affected by these terms.

Enter your quote honestly and only list a car you genuinely intend to buy. Do not share someone else’s information without their permission. Do not scrape the site, resell offers, interfere with other users, or try to identify an anonymised buyer or dealer. We may close a listing or block access if these rules are broken.

Dealers agree to make full, honest offers with nothing hidden; to disclose any difference between the car offered and the car listed (for example a demo unit or a different colour); to contact a buyer only after that buyer has accepted their offer; and not to use any information from goodoffer for any other purpose. We may suspend or remove a dealer who breaks these rules.

The goodoffer name, logo, design and software belong to Numstack (Pty) Ltd. Car images are supplied by third parties under licence. You keep ownership of anything you upload, and you give us permission to use it to run the service for you.

We work hard to keep goodoffer accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, Numstack (Pty) Ltd is not liable for a deal between you and a dealer, for an offer that is withdrawn or changed, for a dealer’s conduct, or for loss that comes from relying on an estimate. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions go to hello@goodoffer.co.za.
